Who can be a part of this Retreat?

These retreats  are for one and all. whether you have been meditating for a while or have never tried meditation before. Our experts guide you through practical techniques of breathing that can be beneficial for everyone.  Skin and hair care workshops, diet guidelines as per Ayurveda and natural therapies are integral part of the retreat.

You must provide the following documents

Safe practices

To participate in the retreat and complete all the sessions, you must provide a Negative Covid Test Report at the time of check-in. You must have taken this test 3 days before you arrive at the center.



If you are not able to carry the necessary documentation, then you can join the session through Zoom and participate in the breathing exercises. You must carry your own phone/ tablet/laptop to connect to the Zoom session.
